Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please review the information below and contact us at merch@bombsquadpod.com

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging (where applicable)

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that arrive back to us worn, washed, damaged, or with odours (smoke, perfume etc.) will not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

Return Shipping Costs

UK Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

International Returns (Inc. ROI, USA, Canada, EU, Australia & New Zealand)

  • We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.

  • Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for international return postage.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.

Please choose a tracked service when sending an item back to us. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us at merch@bombsquadpod.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of:

    • the item

    • the packaging

    • any defects

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Faulty items may be refunded or replaced after review.

Returning an Order to Us

To arrange a return, email merch@bombsquadpod.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Reason for return

We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment, or failed delivery attempt:

  • We can resend it (additional postage applies), or

  • We can refund the item cost only (minus original shipping fees)
